Poranne nudności i wymioty wciąż trwają. Niektóre kobiety w czasie ciąży maja nie tylko poranne mdłości i wymioty. Zdarza im się że wymiotują cały czas i niestety to podczas ciąży jest bardzo uciążliwe. W tym czasie czujemy się zmęczone i dlatego potrzebujemy wiele odpoczynku. Nie należy unikać drzemki w ciągu dnia, jeśli masz na nią ochotę to czemu nie ciąży i naszemu maleństwu to na pewno nie zaszkodzi a wręcz przeciwnie tylko pomoże. Organizm dopiero przystosowuję się do nowej sytuacji jaką jest dla niego ciąża. W tym okresie tak samo jak i w późniejszych etapach ciąży należy co najmniej przychodzić na co miesięczną wizytę. Niektóre kobiety w ciąży odbywają to wizytę co dwa tygodnie. Spożywaj różnorodne, zdrowe posiłki sporządzone z produktów z każdej z pięciu grup: produkty zbożowe i rozmaite ziarna, owoce, warzywa, nabiał, mięso i rośliny strączkowe. Ciąża charakteryzuje się tym że w tych pierwszych tygodniach nie na wszystko mamy ochotę.
