Kasia i Michał na dobra wiadomość nie musieli czekać zbyt dugo. Robiąc listę zakupów w aptece, para pod kwasem foliowym wpisała testy ciążowe. W ferworze przygotowań do wielkich zmian Kasia kupiła ich ponad tuzin, więc też korzystała z nich w razie potrzeby i po kilku tygodniach w końcu zobaczyła na testerze upragnione dwie kreski. Bardzo się z Michałem ucieszyli, ale stwierdzili, że trzeba to potwierdzić. Tak też zrobili, Kasia udała się do ginekologa i faktycznie okazało się, że jest w ciąży. Najpierw był wybuch radości, ale już za chwilę pojawił się również strach, bo dotarło do nich, że to się stało naprawdę, że powołali nowe życie i od teraz już całe ich życie będzie wyglądało zupełnie inaczej. Poczuli, że właśnie spoczęła na nich ogromna odpowiedzialność, za to maleństwo, które za dziewięć miesięcy przyjdzie na świat. Pojawił się milion pytań i wątpliwości, na chwilę stracili głowę. Jednak w końcu postanowili zrobić kolejny plan, który pomoże im w miarę bezpiecznie przejść przez ten czas.
